Cooler temperatures are here, and now is the perfect time to focus on your mental health with our Wellness Programming at Lick Creek Park! Here are the opportunities for November:
Heartfulness Family Yoga – Nov. 2 & 16, 10 a.m. (All ages welcome)
Unwind, connect, and rejuvenate with like-minded families in a warm and supportive environment. The event is designed to include all skill levels, welcoming seasoned yogis and beginners alike. Yoga mats are provided while supplies last, but feel free to bring your own.
Holistic Health Day – Nov. 3, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Ages 18+)
Experience the transformative power of holistic practices and join us for a rejuvenating day of self-care and wellness in the serene surroundings. Please bring your yoga mat and/or meditation pillow; all skill levels are welcome.
Meditation Meetup – Every Sunday, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Ages 18+)
Learn how to create a sanctuary in the present moment, let go of our internal narratives, and manifest a better world for ourselves. The group meets outside and is guided by Lance McDowell and Brett Warnecke.
