Walk To Better Health With Walk With A Doc

Want to make your health a priority this year? Join our Parks and Recreation Department and Baylor Scott & White for doctor-led walks on select Saturdays from 9 to 10 a.m. It’s a great opportunity to meet new friends, get active, and learn ways to improve your health.

- Jan. 11: Healthy Habits, Dr. Patricia Domanski, Neal Recreation Center
- Feb. 8: Women’s Cardiac Health, Dr. Anne Marie Eschberger, Neal Recreation Center
- March 1: Set SMART Goals, Dr. Anu John, Tiffany Park
- April 26: Make and Break Habits, Dr. Van Ngo, Tiffany Park
- May 3: Exercise and Weight Loss, Dr. Kristopher Knoop, Tiffany Park
- June 28: Motivation Station, Dr. Shruti Surya, Tiffany Park
It’s free to participate, but registration is required, and a waiver must be completed on-site before the walk begins.
