No matter what school, work, or life in general looks like this fall, one fact remains the same: you and your family need to be fed! You’d love to be able to whip up a beautifully plated three-course meal every night with time to spare, but the reality is; who has the time, energy, AND patience for that?! Even if you’re working from home and *might* have an extra bit of time to prep an intricate (and healthy) meal, you don’t always feel motivated to do so. This Pizza Toast recipe we found on delish.com is a few things;
(1) SUPER EASY and a crowd pleaser (2) Totally customizable (for all the picky eaters out there), and (3) Delicious!
You’ll be a dinner-time hero every time you bring this to the table. Fasten your cape, and get started!

TOTAL TIME: 30 MINS
6 slices bread
1 c. pizza sauce
2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. mini pepperonis
1 tbsp. Parsley
*Customize your pizza with your favorite ingredients like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms!
- Preheat oven to 350° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bread on prepared baking sheet and spread with pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella and mini pepperonis and place in the oven. Bake until cheese is melted and pepperoni is slightly crisped.
- Garnish with parmesan and parsley and serve.
