5th Annual Thanksgiving Family Food Giveaway provides comfort and food security to hospice patients and their families.
Local Healthcare Coalition gives back to patients of Brazos area hospices. The coalition, concerned with making Thanksgiving a little easier for hospice patients and their families this year, announces the donation of Family Food Baskets in the Brazos Valley just in time for Thanksgiving.
These Baskets will be put together this Wednesday afternoon (November 15th) at 1:00pm at Visiting Angels in College station & then donated during a press conference on Thursday, November 16th at 8:30am at Century Square, 175 Century Square, College Station, TX 77840
Receiving 18 Baskets will be each local Hospice located in the Bryan/College Station area:
The coalition was created by Director Claudia Massie of Visiting Angels Home Care Services to continue a tradition we have had for years. The Coalition participating this year is made up of: Visiting Angels Home Care Services, Bluebonnet Place, All Heart Placement Services, Encompass Health and Rehab and Sotera Home Health.
In addition, Senator Schwertner provided HEB Gift Cards for the baskets.
