Lanterns and LegendsOpens at Navasota Theatre October 24
The Navasota Theatre Alliance (NTA) presents “Lanterns & Legends: A Tribute to the Craftsmen Who Shaped Navasota.”
Take a night-time guided tour October 24, 25, and 26th at Navasota’s historic Oakland Cemetery. October 27th will be a special indoor performance at Navasota Theatre. Actors will portray the founding families of Navasota and Grimes County weaving tales about how their personal lives and businesses intersected.
NTA’s Lanterns & Legends is sponsored by Classic Rock Coffee Company & Kitchen, and is made possible by the Hotel Tax revenue funded by the City of Navasota through the Arts Council of the Brazos Valley.
There will be tours every 15 min from 6:30pm to 7:45pm October 24-26th. The indoor performance on October 27th will be at 2pm.
The Navasota Theatre Alliance is a non-profit 501(c)3 and is located at 104 W. Washington Ave., Navasota. Tickets are from $7 to $14 and are available online at www.navasotatheatre.org.
