First Friday and the BV Farmer’s Market Return THIS Weekend!

With the new executive orders from Governor Abbott, retail and restaurants are allowed to reopen on Friday, May 1 with certain restrictions. Some of our Downtown Bryan businesses plan to be open on First Friday, see a full list of openings below. There will still be certain virtual activities for First Friday on the Downtown Bryan Association’s Facebook page.

There will be no nonprofit groups, street performers, or food trucks set up during May’s First Friday. The concert at the Palace Theater has been suspended. Please practice safe social distancing guidelines while visiting businesses in person.

BRAZOS VALLEY FARMER’S MARKET
Join artisans from all over the Brazos Valley every Saturday from 8 a.m to 12 p.m. in Downtown Bryan.
The Brazos Valley Farmer’s Market is the place to be for the freshest produce in town. All produce is grown locally, from friends and neighbors you know and trust. We also sell eggs, jellies and jams, honey, herbs, garden crafts. 21 St between Main St. and Bryan Ave, in North Downtown Bryan.

THE QUEEN THEATRE
The Queen Theatre will remain closed while new guidelines are being developed. We anticipate re-opening in late summer or early fall.
