Wolf Pen Creek District The area consists of a greenway with trails, an amphitheater for outdoor concerts/events, and a small lake for fishing. College Station’s Stephen C. Beachy Central Park is nearby and is host to many events throughout the year. Jones Crossing This shopping, entertainment, food, and fitness hotspot is located off of Wellborn Rd in College Station. Midtown City Center Although still in progress, Midtown City Center in College Station is a vibrant mixed-use district designed to fill community member’s lives with all of the things they value in life – healthfulness, wellness, enjoyment, and relaxation. This innovative and cohesive district features miles of connected trails, green spaces, amphitheater, Town Lake Park, retail, recreation center, and many more future amenities. Midtown Park The park integrates ecological and social approaches that promote public health, cultural awareness and environmental stewardship. Once completed, the park will be unique in purpose and design to provide a catalyst for the positive redevelopment of the entire Midtown corridor. The park is poised to become a world-class destination for residents and visitors, featuring outdoor athletic fields, the Legends Event Center, entertainment, nature-based recreation opportunities and more.
