Of Four New Retail And Dining Tenants

Montelongo’s Ring Guards, Apricot Lane, Brazos Running Co, and CAVA to Make Their Home in Dynamic Shopping, Dining, and Entertainment Destination
Houston-based Midway, a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce that Montelongo’s Ring Guards, Apricot Lane, Brazos Running Co, and CAVA are making their way to Century Square, the 60-acre mixed-use shopping, dining, and entertainment destination adjacent to Texas A&M University.
After 30 years in College Station, Montelongo’s Fine Jewelry will be opening a specialty ring guard store, Montelongo’s Ring Guards, adjacent to Hopdoddy Burger Bar in Century Square. Slated to open early this fall, Montelongo’s Ring Guards store will offer a wide variety of bespoke Ring Guards and ring enhancers to compliment Aggie Rings, in addition to ready-to-wear and designer necklaces, earrings, rings, and other accessories.
“Montelongo’s is very excited to bring a Ring Guard store to Century Square,’” said Jesse Montelongo, Founder of Montelongo’s Fine Jewelry and Texas A&M University Class of ’91. “We look forward to bringing a premiere Ring Guard shopping experience to Century Square that will make the Aggie Ring tradition even more memorable.”
Also opening in Century Square this Summer is Apricot Lane, a locally owned boutique offering personal fashion consultants, carefully-curated styles, and must-have pieces for any occasion. Apricot Lane will be celebrating their grand opening from June 23 through June 26 with a ribbon-cutting, free gifts, giveaways, refreshments, and additional festivities.
Both Montelongo’s Ring Guards and Apricot Lane will soon be joined by Brazos Running Co, an Aggie-owned and operated specialty running store slated to open this fall near Harvest Coffee Bar. Brazos Running Co will offer an outstanding selection of shoes, apparel, and accessories from Hoka, Brooks, ASICS, On, New Balance, and Altra in addition to specialty nutrition offerings for runners, walkers, and fitness enthusiasts.

CAVA, the fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant group, offers customizable and flavorful bowls, salads, sides, and dips including crazy feta, creamy hummus, and spicy harissa. Currently under renovation, CAVA will occupy the space formerly belonging to Zoe’s Kitchen and is expected to open this October. Since merging with Zoe’s Kitchen, the CAVA group has been converting some Zoe’s Kitchen locations into the new fast-casual Mediterranean concept. This will be the first CAVA in College Station.
