BVSO™ PRESENTS its Season Finale

The Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra™ concludes its 42nd season with an electrifying performance celebrating the music of three legendary artists! Music Director Marcelo Bussiki will be joined on stage by a live rock band and Broadway vocalists, to perform the hits of Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, and Sir Elton John!

Before the concert, at 6 pm in the Rudder Exhibit Hall, the BVSO invites all concertgoers to attend a pre-concert reception with a cash bar and light appetizers.
A thrilling musical celebration of three of Britain’s legendary songwriters. Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sir Elton John and Sir Paul McCartney are not only knights — they also happen to be three of the most successful songwriters of all time with careers that span decades. “Music of the Knights®” honors their lasting musical influence with songs like “Memory,” ”I Don’t Know How to Love Him,” ”Don’t Cry for Me, Argentina,” ”The Phantom of the Opera,” ”Circle of Life,” ”Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” ”Your Song,” ”Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me,” ”Yesterday,” ”Hey Jude” and many more!

Jessica Hendy:
Jessica Hendy, acclaimed Broadway belter, notably portrayed Grizabella in both the original CATS run and the 2016 revival. She’s a Drama Desk Award nominee with diverse credits spanning from AIDA to AMOUR. Her one-woman musical “Walking With Bubbles” won an Off-Broadway Alliance Award, and she’s earned praise for her cabarets like “A Life To Call Your Own.”
Lorinda Lisitza:
Lorinda Lisitza, an award-winning singer/actress from Saskatchewan, has shone in diverse roles from “Mother Courage” Off-Broadway to cabaret performances in NYC’s Joe Iconis Family circuit. She’s won three MAC Awards, a Bistro Award, and a Nightlife Award for her cabaret work, and is part of the acclaimed duo, The Ted and Lo Show.
Scott Coulter:
Scott Coulter, a highly honored vocalist in NYC, boasts five MAC Awards and five Bistro Awards. His acclaimed performances range from Feinstein’s at The Regency to symphonic concerts like A CHRISTMAS CAROL: THE SYMPHONIC CONCERT. He’s collaborated with industry legends like Stephen Schwartz and Ben Vereen.
Tony Guerrero:
Tony Guerrero, an award-winning musician and Grammy-nominated producer, has a rich musical career spanning solo albums, collaborations with icons like Paul McCartney, and productions for artists like Arturo Sandoval. He’s toured internationally and recently served as Music Director for Jane Lynch’s cabaret show “See Jane Sing.”
This concert will be General Admission, patrons can purchase their seats via the MSC Box Office website at boxoffice.tamu.edu or by calling 979-845-1234. Tickets for this event and $55 for adults, $10 for students and children 18 years and younger. Box office processing fees will apply. All programs are subject to change.
