Have you ever wondered what happened to the residents of Whoville after the Grinch stole Christmas? The Theatre Company of Bryan – College Station invites you to celebrate the holiday season with a grown-up Cindy Lou Who in WHO’S HOLIDAY! Executive Director Adrienne Dobson stars in this hilarious, risqué, and ultimately heartwarming one-woman-show, the final off-the-menu production of season 36, “We are Family.”
WHO’S HOLIDAY, written by Matthew Lombardo, premiered Off-Broadway in 2017 and has been described as gutsy, hilarious, and heartfelt, a show that twists and turns but ultimately revels in the Christmas spirit. A middle-aged Cindy Lou Who, now outcast and living in a trailer on the outskirts of Whoville, delivers this one-act tour de force in impressively Seussian style rhyming couplets. Her story reminds us to be careful who we judge and why, and returns us to the understanding and forgiveness that connects us as human beings. You’ll cry after you laugh, and you’ll leave filled with the holiday spirit.
The show is for adults only (17+).
