The Arts Council is pleased to take part in the 2022 Brazos Valley Gives Month of Giving. This month will accumulate funds for the Brazos Valley Gives Day on October 18th where The Arts Council hopes to reach the goal of $10,000. They would like to thank the dedication and commitment of the Brazos Valley community for always giving back and appreciate every donation that they receive.
Brazos Valley Gives is an initiative of the Community Foundation of the Brazos Valley and brings the region together as one community during the month of October to raise money and awareness for local nonprofits in 7 Brazos Valley counties. During 2021, 154 participating nonprofit organizations were eligible for $36,000 in incentive prizes and $2,500 golden ticket drawings. The Arts Council would like to continue this tradition by asking their community to give as they can!
For over 50 years The Arts Council has served the community with one driving mission: to make the arts accessible to all residents and visitors of the Brazos Valley through funding, promotion, advocacy, professional development and partnership building programs. With the help of the community, The Arts Council can continue to provide programs like Artists in Residence, Art After School, Artists Connect, ART for Life, and College Art Scholarships. To donate, please visit https://www.brazosvalleygives.org/acbv and continue to spread the word! Thank you for your kindness and for supporting the arts.
