It seems like new technology is emerging every minute, but there is no reason you shouldn’t jump on board the technology train. Learning computer skills is not just about accessing information. It is the tool now for keeping in touch with family members. I won’t even go into the health benefits that could come from nimble fingers on the keyboard or from playing games to improve mental health.
There are unique obstacles to teaching technology to a generation that not only wasn’t born with a computer mouse in their hand, but clearly remember when telephones were rotary dial. Many seniors fear the computer, but basic computer training for seniors isn’t bad, and basic computer skills are very easy to learn. So head out and attend class from the list below.

Open Computer Lab:
The computer lab is available to senior adults Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. with an annual membership. Lab is not available during computer classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
