Outdoor exploration and education await your camper in 2025! The best summer ever is on the horizon, and we can’t wait to see new and returning families at Camp Millican this year.
Camp Millican is a week-long day camp for kids ages 4-14 which promotes healthy discovery and outdoor adventures. We are located in south College Station, Texas, and are a program of the Millican Reserve Land Conservancy, whose mission is to maintain, restore, and educate the community about the remarkable landscape of Millican Reserve. As an outdoor summer experience, Camp Millican provides a fun, enriching week aimed at strengthening a child’s sense of well-being and cultivating a bond with nature.
We have also implemented a 15% sibling discount for families with multiple children. This automatically applies upon registration!
Explorers Camp is for children 4-6 years old. Explorers camp sessions are 4-day camps that take place from 8:30am-12:30pm. These sessions are designed specifically for younger campers to provide an enriching outdoor learning experience. These younger campers will have the opportunity to explore nature from the ground up through playful adventures created just for early elementary aged kids.
Three Explorer Camp sessions will be offered this year:
Session 1: May 27 – 30
Session 2: June 23 – 26
Session 3: July 21 – 24
Pathfinders Camp sessions are 5-day camps, Monday through Friday and are for children 7-10 years old (8:30am-2:30pm). These sessions promote healthy discovery and outdoor adventures. As an outdoor program, Pathfinders Camp provides a fun, enriching experience aimed at strengthening a child’s sense of well-being and cultivating a bond with nature.
Three Pathfinder Camp sessions will be offered this year:
Session 1: June 9 – 13
Session 2: June 16 – 20
Session 3: July 7 – 11
Young Rangers Camp sessions are 5-day camps that run Monday through Friday and are for children 11-14 years old (8:30am-2:30pm). Young Rangers Camp is centered around adventure, leadership, communication, and team building. Young Rangers in their final year (14 years old) may have the opportunity to volunteer at Pathfinders Camp Sessions for no additional charge (limited availability per general camp session).
Two Young Rangers Camp sessions will be offered this year:
Session 1: June 2- June 6
Session 2: July 14- July 18
