WHAT: Aggieland is preparing to welcome new and returning students for the fall semester while Century Square is rolling out fun-filled events for friends and family through the month of August. Whether you’re celebrating Howdy Week or looking for a perfect way to soak up the rest of summer, Century Square has you covered with a variety of dining options, live music, fabulous shopping, and outdoor activities.

Fiesta Tuesdays on the Green – Every Tuesday from 5-8 p.m.
Join Juanita’s Tex Mex Cantina on The Green for a fiesta, fajitas and fun every Tuesday. Taco ‘bout a deal when you buy one adult entrée, get a free kid entrée, plus a ticket to the Fiesta on the Green, which includes the epic Moonwalk Bounce House! While the kiddos jump, sip on $6 house margaritas, $3 Happy Dad seltzers, and dip into half-priced small queso. Tickets to Moonwalk Bounce House are also available for $5.
Century Square Cinema – August 17, 6:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
Lights, camera, action! Swing into Century Square Cinemas with the showing of “Spider-Man: No Way Home” on the big screen starting at 8:45 p.m. To add to the fun, Spider-Man is hanging by The Green for pictures from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Spidey senses tells us, you won’t want to miss it!
Grass Stains + Pure Barre Pop Up on The Green – August 19, 9-11 a.m.

The Front Porch Live Music – Every Friday and Saturday, 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. and 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Sundays

Cars & Coffee is racing back to Century Square on August 20. For car enthusiasts and coffee lovers, Texas A&M Sports Car Club and Century Square bring you a diverse collection of cars ranging from classics to exotics. Grab a cup of joe from Harvest Coffee or while browsing the cars. Build up an appetite and find a spot for brunch or lunch.
Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra – August 27, 6 p.m.
Century Square is changing the tunes this fall by hosting Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra (BVSO) for free community concerts on the Front Porch. With over 40 years of bringing music to life, this non-profit performing arts organization is dedicated to maintaining high artistic standards and promoting the musical arts for cultural and educational purposes in the Brazos Valley. Salsa Lessons on The Green with Juanita’s Tex Mex Cantina – August 30, 6 p.m.
Put on your dancing shoes and let the good times roll! Guests are invited to join the local Latin dance company, Salsa Fusion, for free dance lessons on The Green. Get footloose with Juanita’s drink specials and tango the night away with friends.
