Scotty’s House is again planning the Great American Steak Out! The event will take place at Coulter Airfield located at 6120 Texas 21 in Bryan on Friday, March 27, 2015 from 6:30 pm to 10:3o pm. Guests can enjoy grilling their own steak (or have one prepared for them), while visiting with friends and listening to the Karan Chavis Band – all for a good cause!
The Great American Steak Out is the signature fundraising event for Scotty’s House and is designed to provide a casual atmosphere with music and live auction within the unique backdrop of Coulter Airfield. Last year, the event sold out with 500 individuals from the Brazos Valley attending and this year, we expect to increase to 750 attendees. Tickets are $75.00 per person and are on sale now. They can be purchased online here. For more information, contact Cary Haynes at chaynes@scottyshouse.org or call (979)703 – 8813.
Since 1995, Scotty’s House has provided hope and healing to the most severely abused children in the Brazos Valley. Scotty’s House provides a coordinated, multi-disciplinary approach to the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse cases. The only agency of its kind in the Brazos Valley, Scotty’s House removes barriers to treatment and enhances criminal prosecution with public and private agencies including Brazos Valley law enforcement, Child Protective Services, and the District Attorney’s Offices.
“We are excited about the Great American Stake Out at Coulter Airfield. The evening will provide an opportunity for us to bring awareness about the services that Scotty’s House provides, while attendees enjoy a great evening of food and entertainment in a unique setting.” said Cary Haynes, Executive Director at Scotty’s House.
Don’t miss out on this great event!
