This 5K fun run/walk celebrates the life of Erin Buenger who lived 82 months with neuroblastoma, but she never let it slow her down. She lived to the end without fear.
Please run/walk with Erin’s friends and family on Sunday 8 March 2015 at 8 a.m. (Lot 50, Texas A&M Campus) and join the fight against childhood cancer. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2).
Make sure to spring those clocks forward! The race will start and finish at Lot 50 on Texas A&M Campus (off University Drive). Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome. There will be two water stations, one at the start/finish area and another at the midway point. Free parking will be available in Lot 50.
Each runner/walker will receive a cotton commemorative t-shirt, and a timing-chip will be attached to your race bib.
Packet pick-up will be between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Friday 6 March 2015 in the foyer of the Glasscock Building, Texas A&M University campus – see you there! For those joining us from out of town ONLY, you may collect your packet at 6:30 a.m. on race day.
Erin’s favorite color is green – please wear something green! Green socks would be great!
Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners (male and female) in the following age divisions:
U/19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
