Bryan ISD Exploring a Virtual Academy
For 2021-2022 School Year
Information courtesy of Bryan ISD
As Bryan ISD prepares to return to on-campus instruction only for the 2021-2022 school year, the District is exploring the option of offering a virtual academy for grades 5-12. Right now, the District is gauging possible interest, and would like to hear from everyone who lives in Bryan ISD, even if their child does not attend a Bryan ISD school. Please fill out this quick questionnaire and let us know if this is an option you would be interested in for your child for the 2020-2021 school year – https://bisd.link/VirtualAcademySurvey
Any student, whether or not they currently attend a Bryan ISD school, who meets the following criteria would be able to apply:
- lives in Bryan ISD and
- has shown proficiency in academics and
- has a history of regular attendance.
Students will be expected to login to each class on their schedule daily for real-time instruction. Students may also have the opportunity to participate in fine arts, athletics, Career & Technical Education courses and UIL Academics competitions on the Bryan ISD campus they are zoned to attend.
Bryan ISD appreciates everyone who lives in the school district, whether or not their child attends a Bryan ISD school, for taking a minute to fill this out as the District explores this as a possible learning opportunity.
