To Enjoy December Concert Series

Blinn ensembles will present three free performances ahead of annual “Sounds of the Season” showcase
The Blinn College District Music Department presents three concerts by various instrumental ensembles and a choir concert in December.
Instrumental concerts include:
- Tuesday, Dec. 3 – Jazz Ensemble
- Wednesday, Dec. 4 – Symphonic Band
- Thursday, Dec. 5 – Percussion Ensemble
Each concert begins at 7 p.m. at the Dr. W.W. O’Donnell Performing Arts Center on the Brenham Campus. The three performances are free and open to the public. No tickets are required. For those unable to attend, each concert will be livestreamed on the Blinn Music Department’s YouTube channel.
A choir concert will be held Friday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m. at Latter-Day Saints Church, 1400 Niebuhr St. in Brenham. Admission is free, and no tickets are required.
The Music Department will wrap up its fall 2024 performances with the popular “Sounds of the Season” concert Sunday, Dec. 8, at 3 p.m. at Festival Hill in Round Top.
Blinn’s wind symphony and combined choirs will perform at the 850-seat concert hall venue, known for its exceptional acoustics. Tickets are $10 and available at www.blinn.edu/boxoffice.
Blinn’s Music Department offers small class sizes, personalized attention, and hands-on learning.
