Aggie Boxing to Showcase Skills in Annual Farmer’s Fight

United Way of the Brazos Valley is proud to announce the Aggie Boxing Club’s annual event, Farmer’s Fight Night on Thursday, Apr. 3. This thrilling event will feature boxers from the Aggie Boxing Club, with proceeds going towards United Way’s efforts to support partner agencies in the Brazos Valley. The Aggie Boxing Club is a Texas A&M student-led organization that focuses on training, discipline, and fitness through boxing. The organization is open to all students, regardless of experience.
This year, the event will take place on Thursday, Apr. 3 at Legends Event Center in Bryan, TX, with doors opening at 6:00 PM and the first match beginning at 6:30 PM. The fight will feature a variety of boxers, ranging from seasoned fighters to newcomers. Regardless of their expertise, for the past five months all participants have been training for the event.
“We’re proud to continue our partnership with Aggie Boxing and their team for this amazing event,” said Peggi Ondrasek, President and CEO of United Way of the Brazos Valley. “Not only does Farmer’s Fight Night provide quality entertainment, it’s an opportunity for our community to come together and enjoy local talent. The funds raised directly support our efforts to provide resources to a wide range of community organizations.”
