Recipe Inspired by TikTok videos, made by Lizzie West
It’s 10:00 PM and you are craving something sweet to go along with binge-watching Bridgerton (Netflix’s newest craze). You don’t want to make a whole batch of cookies because the temptation to eat them all is too great. This is an easy recipe that creates one big cookie that you can share with your partner or roommate, but no one here is going to judge you if you want it all to yourself.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon melted butter
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon whisked egg (or egg substitute)
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
dash of vanilla
4 tablespoon chocolate chips
Directions:
–Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
–Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated; Add the chocolate chips after the rest of the ingredients are mixed together.
–Form the dough into a round shape about 3/4 inch thick.
–Bake for 12-14 minutes until the cookie is a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the cookie sit for about 5 minutes. Remove and ENJOY!
