2021 Empty Bowls Jr. Award Recipients

The Arts Council is pleased to announce the 2021 Empty Bowls Jr. Award Recipients! Empty Bowls, Jr. began in 2013 as a way to directly support local in-school food pantries. Students and art educators from more than 25 Brazos Valley schools create hundreds of handmade, artistic bowls to donate for this event with the purpose of “kids helping kids.” With the donations from the event, we were able to serve the following schools:
A&M C. Middle School Bobcat Pantry – CSISD Grades 7-8
A&M Consolidated High School, CSISD Grades 9-12
Project Hope – BISD
Rudder High School – BISD Grades 9-12
College Station High School Food Pantry – CSISD Grades 9-12
MC Harris School – BISD Grades 8-12
Pecan Trail Intermediate CSISD Grades 5-6
Robertson County Care, Inc Grades PreK- 12
