The Official Bluebonnet Festival of Texas Returns
The local festivals that take place in the Brazos Valley are no exception.
The Official State of Texas Bluebonnet Festival returns this year, bigger and better than ever. On April 13th and 14th, the sweet town of Chappell Hill, located in Washington County, will transform into a Texas-size festival extravaganza. Visitors will discover just how fun over 250 juried exhibitors packed into the downtown of a small Texas community can be. Wander through streets teeming with vintage home décor, delicious country-style food, artisan craftsmen, live entertainment, clothing and jewelry, fun activities for kids, and so much more. Take a tour of this historic community, get your fill of fried fair-style food, and laze around in the sun while snapping photos in the surrounding bluebonnets.
FUN FACT: The Bluebonnet Festival was declared the “Official Bluebonnet Festival of Texas” by the Texas Legislature and was voted #7 as “Most Popular Festival in Texas” by Texas Highways magazine.
