His work has been shown at the National Art Museum of Sport (Indianapolis, IN), American Sports Art Museum and Archives (Daphne, AL), George Krevsky Gallery (San Francisco, CA), Xanadu Gallery (Scottsdale, AZ), and Image Gallery (Edmond, OK). In 2011, Major League Baseball honored Jason by naming him the Official Artist of the All Star Game FanFest.Jason was commissioned by the NFL in 2015 to do the signature painting for Super Bowl 50, which was unveiled at the NFL Honors Banquet. To date he has done work for over 13 professional sports teams and universities and his work is owned by numerous athletes and celebrities including Faith Hill & Tim McGraw, Mike Krzyzewski, Steve Young, Mark Cuban, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, Fleetwood Mac, and Yao Ming.
When asked why he chose to focus on the world of sports for his art, Jason stated, “As a kid, my brothers, friends, and I would love to draw some of our favorite baseball players from their baseball cards. I vividly remember that feeling I would get trying to recreate the image on the card in my sketchbook. As I matured, both as a person and an artist, I realized that this was something that wasn’t just a hobby for me, but something that I wanted to pursue as a career.”
