Sierra + Devin
Wedding Date | August 15th, 2020
Devin and I are “middle school sweethearts”! We were just two kids who started dating in 8th grade. I never imagined that almost ten years later he would be my husband! Our engagement was anything but ordinary. It took place on a random Monday after work. Our friends came over for dinner and Devin went outside to help them in. He called me to open the front door and when I opened the door, he was down on one knee with our fur babies wearing a sign that said, “Will you Marry our Daddy?” It was absolutely perfect! I never wanted a big engagement, and I loved how intimate it was. In that moment it really felt like it was just us. Our original wedding date was March 28, 2020, but COVID-19 had other plans. We had to completely postpone our wedding just days before and we both were devastated. We were reminded that everything happens for a reason and reassured that we would get our happily ever after. Our vendors were all so amazing during this process and we were able to get everything worked out to finally get married on August 15, 2020! The day was truly amazing and worth the wait! Every single detail turned out perfectly, and we loved getting to share our love with family and friends.
