Local Theatre Production Bethel Park Falls
Brings Community Stories to The Kimbell

This Valentine’s Day weekend, local audiences are invited to experience Bethel Park Falls, a heartfelt one-act play celebrating connection, community, and the quiet moments that shape our lives. The production will be presented at The Kimbell, offering an intimate evening of live theatre in the heart of Downtown Bryan.
Set in a small town park, Bethel Park Falls weaves together the lives of neighbors, strangers, and passersby—each carrying their own stories, struggles, and moments of grace. With a 75-minute runtime and no intermission, the show is perfectly suited for a “dinner and a show” evening downtown. Showtimes were set at 2pm & 8pm to compliment an after meal experience.
Written by Jason Pizzarello, directed by Allison Sullivan, and produced by Kristy Petty, the production features a diverse cast of local performers and creatives. Bethel Park Falls marks Sullivan’s directorial debut and reflects a deep commitment to collaboration, storytelling, and community-centered art.
In addition to the performance, audiences are invited to stay after the show for light refreshments, including cookies and drinks. This informal post-show gathering offers space for conversation, reflection, and connection with fellow playgoers—extending the spirit of the play beyond the stage.
“We wanted to create not just a performance, but an experience, for both the actors and the audience,” says producer Kristy Petty. “One that invites people to gather, slow down, and spend time together in the theater and afterward.”
