Hunter Safety Education Course – October 5th

Make sure you’re ready for the upcoming hunting seasons by enrolling in the Texas Hunter Safety Certification Course at the Gary Halter Nature Center!
Our next class is next Saturday, October 5 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Everyone nine years and older must complete the course to legally hunt in Texas. A parent must accompany anyone under 13. The cost to register is $20, and all participants must bring $5 cash on class day to cover the certificate cost.
