The BVSO Holiday Pops Concert
Switches To Via Video Option Only
Information provided by Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra
The Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra announces an important change to this year’s “Holiday Pops Concert.” Due to the recent increase in COVID cases, a determination has been made not to have a live audience in attendance. Patrons can still enjoy the concert through the VIA VIDEO option which is currently available for purchase. Those who have already purchased tickets to the event will be automatically enrolled into the VIA VIDEO option.
The VIA VIDEO option is an important BVSO initiative to make sure as many people as possible can enjoy concerts during the current health crisis. The “Holiday Pops Concert” will be filmed on December 13, 2020, at Christ United Methodist Church (CUMC). Approximately four days later, a video link will be emailed to all VIA VIDEO ticket holders so they may enjoy the concert in the privacy and safety of their own homes.
The “Holiday Pops Concert” is separate from the regular Symphony subscription season. The Symphony strives to provide its community members with memorable musical experiences, and this annual event is just one of the ways it makes that vision become a reality.
Patrons with any questions are encouraged to call the BVSO office at (979) 696-6100 during regular business hours.
VIA VIDEO tickets for the Holiday Pops Concert can be purchased in person at the MSC Box Office, located in the Rudder Tower lobby, by phone at (979) 845-1234, or online at www.boxoffice.tamu.edu and www.bvso.org The VIA VIDEO ticket is $35. Please call the Brazos Valley Symphony Office at (979) 696-6100 with any further questions or visit our website.
