It is always exciting to see how much economic growth abounds in Brazos County. Every year the Bryan Rotary Club recognizes the Top Ten (10) fastest growing privately owned businesses in Brazos County. Also, the Anco Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to a well-established, lifelong business that has had a significant impact in the area. The Brazos Valley Economic Development Corporation will also present its Launch Award. The Launch Award honors an independent, privately held corporation, proprietorship or partnership headquartered in Brazos County. It recognizes the company’s scale of operations since startup toward second-stage growth. In existence less than five years, the company must have demonstrated distinguished industry achievement of technology products and service that validates its potential. The company must have improved or transformed the region’s marketplace in target industry sectors, including advanced manufacturing, agricultural sciences, biotech, engineering, R&D and professional services.
The Bryan Rotary 10 Awards is generously underwritten by Anco Insurance. This event is put together through a collaborative effort of the Bryan Rotary Club, Bryan-College Station Chamber of Commerce, TAMU Mays Business School, Brazos Valley Economic Development Corporation.
