Chef Johnny, Owner and Head Chef at 1860 Italia, began his career with Maggiano’s Little Italy in 1998 where he was instrumental in opening three successful Maggiano’s restaurants in Texas and quickly became a Senior Manager of Culinary Research and Development. With 22 years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants, Chef Johnny has trained a staff ready to guide guests through a flavor experience like no other – from the moment they are greeted at the door, to the moment they depart.
