Voted Best Burger 2001-2013; 2014-2015 TIED; 2016-2018
Here in the Brazos Valley, we are not strangers to good burgers. There is something so American (and innately Texan) about a big burger basket piled high with fries. When it comes to big tasty burgers in the Brazos Valley, there is one local dive that consistently rises above the rest.
Koppe Bridge has been voted “Best Burger” in the Brazos Valley for 18 years in a row. If that’s not our towns’ seal of approval for a mighty fine burger, we don’t know what is. The restaurant is named after an old wooden bridge that stretched along the Brazos River until a forceful storm destroyed the bridge in the 1920s. Legend has it that after the storm demolished the old Koppe Bridge, some of the bridge’s timbers remained on a local rancher’s land and eventually became what we know as the foundation of “Koppe Bridge” as she stands today. Koppe Bridge first established itself in the BCS community in 1992. With over twenty-five years of serving locals under its belt, it is Koppe Bridge’s deep roots and genuine care for this community that has set it apart from other burger joints in our region.
Delicious burgers and fresh cut fries, enormous portion sizes, and an extensive comfort food menu featuring Philly cheesesteaks, Baja tacos, fried pickle spears, frozen margaritas, Texas toothpicks, and so much more await food lovers at Koppe Bridge.
Upon entering Koppe Bridge you’ll be greeted by the delicious smell of fresh burgers on the grill, a fun mixture of family-friendly seating and pool tables, plenty of TV’s featuring sporting events, and a welcoming environment perfect for family gatherings or a fun night out!
